«Design that Enables Exploration»

Hi I’m Trevor, a graphic designer driven by the idea that thoughtful design expands how people explore the world and enables exploration for others as well as myself. Growing up in Northeast Georgia, I learned to value systems that are intuitive, durable, and built for real use, whether on a trail, river, or screen.

I’m currently a fourth-year Graphic Design Student and Presidential Scholar at the University of Georgia, pursuing a BFA and UGA’s New Media Certificate. I’ve served as a creative director for Layton Design Studio, Executive Graphic Design Chair for the Dodd Ambassadors, a member of UGA’s Graphic Design Club, and Safety Officer for UGA Whitewater Kayaking. These roles have strengthened my commitment to leadership, collaboration, and responsibility within community.

My work spans branding, UX/UI, and print/digital projects, all grounded in a strong design foundation. I developed Trailmix, an outdoor-focused app prototype exploring how digital tools can streamline/enhance outdoor experiences. My other works include a partnership project car livery design with BMW/UGA Athletics, typography booklets, travelogues, and a children’s book: Pete the Moose. Across projects, I value the balance of functionality with personality; often blending bold ideas, subtlety, and simple yet effective solutions.

Outside the studio, I spend time hiking, whitewater kayaking, rock-climbing, and watching films, all of which guide my visual storytelling to enhance user interaction, create atmosphere, turning information into an experience. I’m passionate about adapting good design to not only look compelling, but to enable exploration (creative or physical), to be more immersive, meaningful, and human-centered.
